  • As we come to the end of another year, we take time to reflect and prepare for a brand new year. I'm sure your schedules are very busy as we approach Christmas and New Years. This yoga session will give us an opportunity to slow down and come to stillness.

    The class will begin with a Restorative Yoga Practice and end with a Silent Meditation. You will really appreciate this yoga class. Join us.
