  • NGY brings a new style of yoga to try. It's called Yin Yoga. Do you have really tight hips, low back, or shoulders? Do you have limited mobility in your muscles and joints or have had a recent injury or surgery? You may want to try this therapeutic style of yoga. In Yin Yoga, you hold specific postures for 7 to 12 minutes to help release connective tissue and bound up fascia in the body so you have greater relief and mobility. In this particular class, we will focus on chest and shoulders. We will hold postures for 3-5 minutes to help release tension in these areas. Come try it!
