With Election Day just around the corner, I thought it would be nice to pause, to be still, and to be silent as we prepare for the days to come. How are YOU preparing for this shift? Let's reflect together. A relaxing class that brings you to a deeper connection to Self. You will be led through various breathing techniques, gentle, relaxing yoga poses to soften the body and the mind. Candle Gazing, Self-Awareness Meditation, Restorative Music Meditation. You will learn various meditation techniques that you can do on your home. Continue your meditative practice with a nice soak in the hot tub after our session.
